Ask for email

To add this step to your bot, simply click on the "Ask for email" block. If you can't find it, you can easily search for it using the search bar at the top of the editor.

Use this block to ask the user for their email address and verify that if they enter it in the correct format, the user will also be able to skip this question.

Compared to the blocks described in the previous sections, this block is not a new action; in this case, it is a combination of "send message" blocks with logic on our side to verify the user's response and redirect the flow to the corresponding next block.

By adding this block, the next flow will be added to the editor, and you will be able to customize the Send message blocks separately as well as the conditional block. To learn how to customize them, go back to these sections to see how they work.
