Tracking private channels in Dots

For privacy reasons, Dots will not track any private channels by default. However, you can add Dots explicitly to a private channel to track. Here's how!

It takes 30 seconds to add Dots to a private channel, and then you can send messages to those folks: 1. Go to a private channel and then click + sign on the bottom left message box. 2. Find Add apps. 3. Select Dots in the list to add Dots to the channel. That’s it! Dots will start tracking the private channel

Note: It takes about an hour for our system to load the private channel data (messages + members) once it is added.
