To add this step to your bot, simply click on the "Show modal" block. If you can't find it, you can easily search for it using the search bar at the top of the editor.
Use this block to pop up a modal for the user to enter a text response.
A modal can only be opened if it has a parent step of type "Send Survey" or a trigger of type "Button Click" or "Command", otherwise you won't be able to place it into the editor:
Once selected, the settings will open in the right part of the editor:
Step name: name given to the block in the editor.
Modal box title: Text on the top of the modal
Modal label: question or description above the input
Input type: It can be Short, which is only a single line input, or Paragraph, which is multiple lines of input.
